The Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork (Active iQ) course is designed to provide
learners with the knowledge and skills required to plan, prepare, and deliver safe and
effective Pilates sessions.
Once you have successfully passed this course, you will be a qualified instructor who can
gain insurance and set up your own business or gain employment within the industry.
This course explores the origins of Pilates and the original principles of Joseph Pilates,
including breathing, concentration, control, centring, precision, and flow and the
fundamentals of Pilates including alignment, breathing, and centring.  This accredited Level
3 course will equip you with all the skills necessary to teach and instruct Mat Pilates at all
levels from beginner to Intermediate. 
You will learn through a blended approach with a combination of face-to-face classes and
practical workshops, each element will progress your skills, and develop your knowledge
and teaching ability, enabling you to teach with confidence.

The course is blended, with:
 Online Anatomy & Physiology Exam prior to the first day
 Face-to-Face practical sessions from 9.00am-5.30pm:

 Saturday 24 th February 2024
 Sunday 25 th February 2024
 Assessments will take place on the weekend of 23 rd / 24 th March 2024
